About us

Two guys. One AI. Zero gatekeeping.

We're two operators who got tired of watching people sell courses about things they've never actually done.

So we're doing the opposite - building real, money-making projects with AI on camera, and handing you the exact playbook to copy.

Meet the operators

The personal details come in a future video - for now, here's the gist of who's behind the builds.

The one driving the keyboard.

Ryan turns ideas into shipped products with AI - apps, automations, and the systems that quietly make money while you sleep.

The one asking what you're thinking.

Alex handles the offers, the distribution, and the unglamorous work of turning a cool build into real, repeatable revenue.

Our story

Why we started this

Two Guys One AI started with a simple realization: the tools finally got good enough that you don't need to be a developer to build software that makes money. We've been doing it behind the scenes for a while - now we're doing it in the open.

Between us we run a marketing agency, ship apps and automations, and test what's actually working with AI right now. This channel and site are where we document all of it: the builds, the numbers, the wins, and the things that flop.

No hype, no gatekeeping. If a regular person with no coding background can follow along and build the same thing, we've done our job.

What we stand for

The rules we build by

01

Proof over theory

Every claim comes with a real build, a real screen, and real numbers. We show the receipts, not just the talk.

02

Build in public

You see the whole process - the wins and the mistakes - start to finish, so you can copy it step for step.

03

No gatekeeping

The tools, the prompts, the exact steps - we give them away. If we can do it, so can you.

Come build with us.

We drop a new build every week. Watch how we do it, then copy it for yourself - no code required.
